Service Description

Shopping Services We offer shopping services for individuals who wish to purchase items from Guwahati but are unable to do so due to various circumstances. Our service charge is as follows: Rs. 500 per Rs. 10,000 amount of order. For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, the service charge will be Rs. 1000, and so on.

Payment Terms All amounts must be pre-paid after confirming the shopping cost. Additionally, shipping charges will be extra and will vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Conditions Please note that our shipping service does not deliver items to the doorstep. Customers are required to collect their orders from the designated courier service station upon notification of arrival.

Return Policy Once orders are confirmed and shipped, no returns or exchanges will be entertained. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review their order before confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses resulting from the use of our website or services.
